Terms and conditions of attendance

Organiser

The Defence Procurement Conference 2027, West Midlands is organised by One Thousand Trades Group Ltd, its subsidiaries involved in delivery of the event, and Technology Supply Chain CIC, together referred to as “the Organisers”.

Registration and eligibility

• All attendees must complete the official registration process.
• The organisers reserve the right to accept or decline any registration at their discretion.
• Registration details must be accurate and complete.
• The organisers reserve the right to cancel a registration if false or misleading information is provided.

Payment, where applicable

• If a ticket fee applies, payment must be received in full prior to attendance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Tickets are non transferable without prior written consent from the organisers.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be subject to the published cancellation policy.

Photography and media

Photography and video recording may take place at the event for promotional and reporting purposes. You will be notified on arrival. If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please inform the registration team.
